ABOUT
Warren Miller is a licensed massage therapist in Green Valley, Arizona. He has 23 years of professional experience including 14 years in the chiropractic/medical massage field. In his work, he uses a variety of proven techniques with the ultimate goal of diminishing pain and restoring functionality so that his patients will be able to return to an active lifestyle and enjoy an overall sense of well being.
His techniques include myofascial and trigger point release, therapeutic massage and both deep tissue and structural massage. He also specializes in assisted stretching which improves mobility and range of motion.

LASER PAIN THERAPY
The faster the inflammation is reduced and the healing process can begin, the better. In the case of acute injury, laser therapy helps restore the body to normal function quicker. With chronic conditions, laser therapy is used most often to help combat persistent pain and inflammation.

NEUROMUSCULAR MASSAGE
Neuromuscular therapy is a specialized form of deep tissue massage in which digital pressure and friction are used to release areas of strain in the muscle.
DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

Deep Tissue Massage is used for more significant problems such as chronically tight muscles, strains and injury. By targeting and releasing the deeper levels of muscle and connective tissue, the body starts to promote healing.

MYOFASCIAL RELEASE
Myofascial Release is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the restricted myofascial connective tissue to eliminate pain and restore motion.

TRIGGERPOINT MASSAGE
A trigger point is a lactic acid buildup or nodule in the soft tissue or muscle that becomes painful when compressed. Trauma is the main cause of both trigger point and referral pain. Receiving Trigger Point Therapeutic Massage on a regular basis can help manage this pain naturally.

REPETITIVE USE INJURY THERAPY
This is a therapy that combines compression, extension, flexion and movement. Stripping and stretching the muscle and fascia in two different directions gives the therapist a tool to provide, in many cases, relief from pain in one treatment.
